National Public Lands Day is back! Join the Palmetto Trail and South Carolina Wildlife Federation in a day of appreciation for our public lands! Together with Palmetto Trail, we will be hosting a nature hike along the Awendaw Passage.
Ari Hippensteal, SCWF’s Community Outreach Manager, will be there to help attendees look for native wildlife and encourage participants to take part in nature photography that can be submitted to iNaturalist and contribute to NPLD's commitment to nationwide citizen science! Nature photos will have a chance to be featured on our respective social medias, and/or could be entered in SCWF's 22nd Annual Photo Contest!
