What are POWR+ classes? Due to the demand for our Palmetto Outdoors Women Retreat, we have added (+) new one-day workshops across the state. POWR+ events are open to all women whether you have attended the retreat or have yet to do so.

Join Captain Tanya Dowdy to learn about “Amping up your Artificial Arsenal”. Tanya is a passionate angler and absolutely loves catching fish on artificial bait. And fall is one of the very best times to do it!  She will introduce you to several types of artificials including hard baits like topwater lures as well as soft plastics like ZMan Minnowz and finesse jigs. If you aren’t sure what that means, don’t worry!  She will explain all of the types and names so you can feel confident knowing what to ask for next time you are in the tackle shop.

Bring a bag lunch and your water bottle for an amazing day on the water.

Cost: The cost is $100 per person and limited to the first 12 women that register.
